Q:
No signal on outputs or headphones of the 001 interface. Looks like a hardware failureSystem was reported to be working prior to the problem.

In most cases deleting the I/O setup paths for Input and Outputand resetting them correct the problem.In Setups > I/O Setup, Click the input tab, then while holding down the OPT key (MAC) or the ALT key (Windows) Delete path and default. Repeat for outputs the reset the tracks in and out settings.
