Is it possible to organize the preset list for Virus?

Yes, it is possible to group the presets to your liking.Open the System Folder>DAE Folder>Plug-in Settings Folder>Virus folder.-Here, you will find folders that contain all of the patches that you can select. Just create the folders you would like and drag the sounds around into them until it is organized the way you like.
