-6011 when playing back a Bounce to Disk file in Toast, QuickTime player, etc. on a Mac.
 
A:
Quit out of Pro Tools. File menu > Quit. Now, the Bounce to Disk file from Pro Tools should playback fine in Toast, QuickTime player, etc.
