-6084 and/or -6086 when recording optically into Pro Tools LE v.5.3.2/Digi 002.
 
A:
Error -6084 (or -6086) is caused by physically disconnecting incoming Optical cable during playback in Pro Tools. When reconnecting the optical cable, -6086 occurs. This error (-6086) asks the user to increase buffer size. Disregard increasing the buffer size message and close the Pro Tools session and relaunch. This can occur at all sample rates.
