I cannot get sounds to play out of the S/PDIF outputs after setting the Sound Output of the Sound Manager to "Digidesign". with Pro Tools LE 5.3.2 and a Digi 002

Audio will only play out of the analog outputs in this case. There is no output through the S/PDIF outputs.
