Using Save Session Copy In to save 32 track sessions of high edit density to a single drive causes redraw problems in Pro Tools and seems to take an extraordinary amount of time.

Increasing the preferred memory allocation for Pro Tools LE is recommended when working with large sessions with high edit density.
