Mod Delay II plug-in: Beat-specific delay lengths don't translate properly via copy > paste.

In stereo mod delay II plug-ins where a note value is active, occasionally the delay time will be lost when copying and pasting the parameters to another stereo mod delay II plug-in. All other parameters are accurately copied; the current workaround is manually reentering the delay time.
