I/O setup problems with a Digi 002 and Pro Tools LE 5.3.2 when Opening a TDM session, and choosing "default" for Input pane. This results in the S/PDIF channels being assigned to channels 7-8, when they should be assigned to channels 17-18.

Workaround: delete all Input assignments first than hit default.
