My computer takes over 4 minutes to boot (startup). What is the problem?
 
A:
In one case, trashing the following items resolved the problem:-Servers Folder (System Folder)-Finder Prefs (System Folder>Preferences)-Appleshare Prep (System Folder>Preferences)NOTE:If Norton AntiVirus is installed, disabling the "Norton AntiVirus Auto-Protect" extension (Extensions Manager Control Panel) also reduces boot time.
