Q:
I have a direct connect plugin on an Aux track and I get no audio. What is wrong?
A:
The solution is to change the input selector to *anything* other than "no input."On auxillary tracks in Pro Tools LE, if the input selector is set to "no input", then Pro Tools will ignore that track entirely. This issue is most apparent with DirectConnect, since a user will typically create an aux track, put a DC plug-in on it, and never change the input selector.
