If you have a serial adapter that can emulate a "modem" or "printer" port, there's a chance that it will conflict with the Stealth serial port...even when you've instructed it *NOT* to emulate the port(s).This problem has been seen when running a Keyspan 28x adapter and the Stealth port in parallel.
