1) Double check that you do not have multiple outputs assigned (or sends) on the Aux Track.2) A problem has come up with 5.3.1 TDM Pro Tools that makes this happen when the Aux's bus output is reassigned several times while signal generator is running. To get it off of inputs it is not supposed to be assigned to, toggle the bus input of the audio track to another input and then back again.
