Unable to set inputs to digital and noise on inputs when connecting a legacy interface to a 96 I/O.

In one case, this was narrowed down to the user having multiple Digisetup files on the system. Oddly enough, each Digisetup was in its own partition and System Folder. However, one was configured for a 96 I/O and the other for a 192 I/O. Trashing all Digisetup files in the system, emptying the trash, and rebooting resolved the problem.
