DAE -10 or -11 errors after quitting Pro Tools and attempting to relaunch the application (versions 5.0, 5.0.1, 5.1 or 5.1.1).
 
A:
In one case, the Vocoder and Filter plug-ins by Opcode were the problem. Needless to say, removing them from the system resolved the errors.The Opcode Vinyl plug-in does not seem to cause problems
