DAE Error -6045 with Pro Tools 5.1.1.
A:
In one case these errors were caused by a MOTU MIDI Timepiece AV that was sending out faulty Super Clock to a Pro Tools TDM system. Disconnecting the MIDI Timepiece AV from the Slave Clock Input of the 888/24 got rid of the errors.
