This problem could be considered to be the same as the error message:Unable To Create DAE Deck.Check to see if the red Optical light is lit up. Here's How:1. On the back of the computer's CPU locate the Digi 001 PCI card. (It sticks out of the back of the CPU).2. Pull off the black plastic caps (these house the Optical ports). These plastic caps are hard to pull off, but they will pull off with strong pressure.3. See if a red light is lit on one of the Optical ports.4. If there is no red light then most likely the Digi 001 PCI card was not installed correctly.5. Shut down the computer and reseat the Digi 001 PCI card. Make sure it snaps into place. Follow the Getting Started Guide on page 5 for help installing the 001 PCI card. 6. Reconnect the Digi 001 peripheral cable and close CPU. Restart.7. Launch Pro Tools.
