What settings must be made on the Motion Worker controller when using it to control Pro Tools in Remote Mode with MachineControl?

When in Remote Mode, Pro Tools 5.1 - 5.3.1 cannot generate LTC through the USD or SYNC I/O. It does however send serial timecode back to the controller through the 9 pin cable.Set option #29 on the Motion Worker to "LTC Jam Mode" to allow the Motion Worker to receive serial timecode.
