Q:
Why does my Shure wireless microphone system show an E on the display (over the Group sticker)?
A:
It is set in Master Frequency mode (kind of a manual frequency-tuning system) that is not normally used. To fix this, simply hold the Set button for 10 seconds, and the display will switch to Group 1, Channel 1. This works on both transmitters and receivers.
