Other OS X programs are capable of putting Pro Tools 6.0 MIDI into a temporary bad state. Bad state in this case means that a steady stream of MIDI events becomes "stuttery".

This was an issue in Pro Tools 6.0. This is fixed in Pro Tools 6.0.1
