MOTU Issue: Registering your Mark of the Unicorn product

Congratulations on your new purchase! The first thing you should do is register your new purchase so that you will be eligible to receive technical support and also be notified of future upgrades. In order to be officially registered for your Mark of the Unicorn product you must send in the registration card that can be found in the first page of your manual or in the box that you hardware was packaged in. You can not register on-line or by fax.

If you purchased a competitive software upgrade and upgraded from a competing product then you will find a small envelope on your package with instructions for registering instead of a registration card. In order to register your competitive upgrade you must send us the envelope, a copy of the first page of the qualifying competitor's manual, as well as your full name, address, and phone number. Once we receive the above items we will send you a letter confirming your registration along with your new serial #. If you lost the enevelope you will need to include a copy of the receipt instead.

AudioDesk users who have upgraded to Digital Performer will also send the small envelope, as well as your full name, address, and phone number. On the envelope you can include a note that you have already registered for AudioDesk. If you haven't already registered for AudioDesk you should include your AudioDesk registration card as well.
