Q:
How can I disable the parts of a MULTI that I've already assigned on my Akai Samper, but no longer want to use?
A:
Go to the MULTI's KEYRANGE page and set LO to C0 and HI to C0 for the part(s) you wish to disable. This way, although the part still appears active, it will not play and no polyphony will be used.
