Q:
Why can't I read my sounds from my Roland S760 hard disks with my AKAI Sampler? The manual says it should work and the original CD-ROM is OK, but not the hard disk.

Our apologies for this! When we did the compatibility software, it was assumed that the disk format for Roland CD-ROM and hard disk was the same, as this is the case with Akai samplers. It transpires that it is not and so, unfortunately, data stored on Roland format hard disks cannot be successfully loaded into Akai samplers equipped with this software (S3000 / S3200 V2.00 and S2000 / S3000XL / S3200XL).
