iPod for the Mac comes with iTunes 3 for Mac OS X and iTunes 2 for Mac OS 9. iPod for the PC comes with a special version of MUSICMATCH Jukebox designed specifically for the iPod.

iPod is fully integrated with iTunes (for the Mac) and MUSICMATCH Jukebox (for the PC). Both iTunes and MUSICMATCH Jukebox allow you to "rip" tracks from CDs into MP3 format and organize your music library by creating playlists. And every time you plug iPod into your computer, your music library - complete with playlists - is automatically transferred over FireWire.
