Description:
When trying to install Logic from the Emagic Software CD Vol. 8 the error message "the program can not be installed, because a newer version allready exists" appears.

Explanation:
This can happen for example if a Logic Gold 6 being installed on a system that ran Logic Platinum 6.1 in demo mode.

The installer checks the folder /Library/Reciepts for Emagic packages. If a newer version of a package exists in this folder, the installer interrupts showing the error message mentioned above.

Suggestion:
Please delete the Emagic packages that are concerned (it may be necessary to delete all Emagic packages) and restart the installer.
