Why does my LED output meter on my Tascam DM24 not read correct output...

Why does my LED output meter on my Tascam DM24 not read correct output? It seems to not go above a certain point.

Here are a couple things to try:

1. Make sure there are no plugins on the master fader.

2. Make sure the stereo button next to the master output lights is on.

3. Go to the Option page, perform a meter calibration.
