I already have a piano piece written in Coda Music Finale or Allegro or Print Music and want to add staves to part of the piece, maybe SATB vocal lines, how do I do this?

You'll need to add the SATB staves to the whole score however you can use the Page Layout Tool option called Optimize Staff Systems to hide them where needed.
