How can I adjust properties of a program on the Akai MPC4000 including level, output, effect, etc?

Go to Program, select the program to adjust, press F2 (keygroup mix). Hit the pad number you wish to adjust and it will show sample name, level, panning, output, effect dB level, effect send.
