Q:
I am having Traktor installation or other problems, how can I send Native Instruments my system info?
A:
IHere is how you should complete this:
Select "expert tools" from the main menu select "save system information" You are presented with a location to save the file. Select "floppy disk" if you have a floppy drive (recommended) First available FAT partition. Do this only if you know you have a FAT 16/32 partition(windows XP users probably have NTFS, not FAT 32) Traktor FS partition on HDD. Saves the file to a LINUX partition but you need a special application to extract it. This file is located here: http://uranus.it.swin.edu.au/~jn/explore2fs/explore2fs-1.00pre6.zip When you have saved this file, locate it by searching your drive for a file called "nisinfo.zip" After you saved this file, you must send it to us. The Traktor FS online support form provides a field to upload the file alongside your bug report. You may also send this file as an email attachment.(recommended)
