Yes. You can use up to 3 footswitches.
Go to System (and see Mode) Go to MIDI Turn the knob right one click to Program Change Press Options button Turn the knob right one click to Program + Program - Use knob and arrows to select Switch # (1-3) to assign them to Program + and Program -
