Q:
When I launch my sequencer in OS9 with Autotune installed, I get an message that some extensions are missing, and am directed to download some drivers.
A:
*(This applies to Mac OS9 systems only)
When you get the error "missing extensions", it's usually not that the extension is missing, it's that it's disabled from the Apple Extensions manager. The following extensions must be enabled: Interlok Engine USB iLok driver CarbonLib Open Transport Internet Config Extension* URL Access QuickTime Note that the libraries associated with Open Transport and Quicktime are spread across several extensions. We recommend that you enable all of the related extensions that have OT, Open Transport, or Quicktime in the name. * The Internet Config Extension may not be visible from Extensions Manager, it simply needs to be present in the Extensions Folder. Once they are enabled, reboot and should now work. If you're still having problems, please check the versions of these extensions: Interlok Engine USB iLok driver If they're older than v4.1.5, please download and install these updated extensions: www.paceap.com
