Why do my Waves plugins keep asking for authorization every few days with Pro Tools for Windows XP?

In early versions of Waves 4 for Windows XP, there was an authorization problem that affected a small percentage of usrs. The Waves 4.05 udpate fixes this. Windows installers of v4.05 can be downloaded at waves.com .
