How RPS External Control work with my Roland XP80 ?
A:
Realtime Phrase Sequences (RPS) on the XP-60 and XP-80 can be triggered via an
external keyboard. Use the following procedure to trigger RPS from an external keyboard: 1) Press SYSTEM. 2) Press F3 [MIDI] until "MIDI Param 1" appears at the top of the screen. 3) Use the CURSOR buttons to select "Remote Keyboard Sw." 4) Use the VALUE DIAL to select "ON." 5) Press EXIT. 6) Press the RPS button so it is lit. 7) Play the keys of the external keyboard.
