Accessing Variation Tones on the Roland FP-5
A:
The FP-5 has over 300 different internal sounds. Use the following procedure to access all the different sounds:
1. Press one of the TONE buttons to select a Tone Group. 2. Press the VARIATION/EFFECTS button so it is lit red. NOTE: You may need to press the VARIATION/EFFECTS button several times to make it lit red. 3. Press the - / + buttons to access all the sounds or Tones in the selected Tone group. NOTE: The first six Tone Groups have from 7 to 10 sounds each. The Voice/GM2 Tone Group has different 276 sounds.
