Why can't my Kurzweil K2500 read the new Piano CD V3 (in ISO 9660 (PC-compatable) format - format)?

Make sure you have the latest OS loaded on your K2500, versions below 2.96 may not read the CD at all. OS upgrades are available free at Kurzweil's website, kurzweilmusicsystems.com
