When I try to synchronize my iLok with my online account, I gett the message, "unexpected authorization error 14051 occured."
 
A:
If you're accessing your account at iLok.com while running another application that uses the iLok (ProTools, Waves, etc) you may get this message. Be sure to quit all applications that have iLok authorizations before logging on to your account.

You may also want to try a different or newer version web browser, e.g. Pace recommends Safari or Explorer 5 or higher on Mac, and Explorer 6 or higher on Windows..
