Q:
How do I remove Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) from my computer and go back to Service Pack 1 (SP1)?
A:
This is a possible solution for reverting back to SP1. If this step does not work, you will need to contact Microsoft support for instructions on how to remove the service pack.
1. Go to Start - Settings - Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs 2. Find Microsoft Service Pack 2 and click Add/Remove
