Q:
I've just installed the Kurzweil Classic Keys ROM into my PC2, PC2R, or PC2X, upgraded the boot block and OS, and now the sounds are all messed up. What can I do?
A:
On some of the Classic Keys ROMs, there is a serial number sticker which is touching the pins of the chip. Simply remove the serial number sticker, reinstall it into the Kurzweil, and the machine should function correctly if you've upgraded to the OS4.0 successfully.
