Ivory will not show up in Digital Performer 4.x.

For 4.12 users, MOTU has released an update that fixes a problem with Audio Units not showing up. Otherwise, try relaunching DP after deleting the file:
/Users/{Home}/Library/Preferences/Digital Performer/Audio Unit Info Cache
If Ivory still does not show up, please contact us.
