I have the Click plugin pulled up on an Aux/Audio track in ProTools, the Click is enabled, but I see no levels and get no input.

Check the Operations menu > Low Latency Monitoring Mode. If this option is enabled, Click and all plug-ins will be bypassed. Disable Low Latency Monitoring Mode when using the Click plugin.
