Why doesn't my Roland XV2020 transmit MIDI via USB to my Windows PC computer?

You will need to turn USB thru on. This is also described on page 95 of the manual.

1. Hold Volume, press value

2. Turn Category/Bank to Use USB MIDI thru

3. Turn it on

4. Turn the value right

5. Hold Volume, press value
