Yes, when you checkmark the "Enable Multiprocessing Engine", Sonar does work with and actually utilizes Intel P4 Hyperthreading to its advantage.
As with all other hardware and software, please make sure any other software or hardware you are using in conjunction with Sonar 4 is also compatible with Hyperthreading.
