OS10.4.1, PT6.9.2, Core Audio Manager 6.9.2

Digidesign: Reason works fine. iTunes works.
They've seen problems with Quicktime, and hadn't tested Jam on the system he had.

The customer I'm helping can get audio to play from iTunes, but get's a message in Jam that "Sound Playback has been disabled because of incompatible sample rate..." His sample rate IS set to 44.1, but Jam still doesn't recognize it.

08/25/05 CAB, 6.9.2 cs2 or 3 must have fixed this...I talked to a customer today and when he downloaded cs3 it worked.
