"Not enough DSP or time slots" message and DAE -7224, -7077, or -7204 errors or no audio following a DSP shuffle.

This has been seen in Pro Tools 6.7 with the standard or beta mixers. In one case, making Altiverb v4.0 inactive (or reverting to Altiverb 3.0) resolved the problem.
