Q:
How can I save my session so I can burn it to a CD or hear it in another program, such as iTunes or Windows Media Player?
A:
1. Go to the "File" menu and select "Bounce to Disk..."
2. Select your Bounce Source; it should be the same as your main outputs (ex., Analog 1-2). 3. Select you File Type. For burning CD's, Windows users should select "BWF (.WAV)," and Mac users should select "AIFF." "QuickTime" and "Windows Media" file types are compressed; they are designed for fast loading and internet streaming, and will not sound as clear as .WAV or AIFF. "MPEG-1 Layer 3," or MP-3, needs a special authorization. It can be purchased online at the Digistore. 4. Format should be "Stereo Interleaved." 5. Resolution must be "16" in order to burn to an audio CD. 6. Sample Rate must be "44100" in order to burn to an audio CD. 7. Press "Bounce." 8. Choose where you want your file to be saved, and name your file. 9. Press "Save."
