Q:
I think the FireBox is installed on my Mac, but the sync light is still red. What should I do?
A:
Go to the Audio Midi Setup (AMS) in the utilities folder and change the sample rate to any other sample rate. This will send a “sync command” to the FireBox and should make the FireBox achieve sync, after which the sync light will turn blue. You can then change the sample rate back to the default setting or to any setting you require.
