Should I disable hyperthreading on my Giga3, or Giga3Orch, or Giga3solo computer.

No, when using Giga3 version 3.1 you do not need to disable hyperthreading.
GigaStudio is coded to provide performance benefits for Hyperthreaded PC's:

1. Projects with heavy VST Plug-in usage will Benefit
2. Hyperthreading may provide for polyphony than non-HT systems

Note:

Make sure you are using version 3.1 or later!
