Why is my computer not receiving MIDI data from the Trigger Finger?

The audio application is not configured properly or the Trigger Finger is in Control Mute Mode.

Make sure Control Mute is turned off on the Trigger Finger (the light above the button should be off)

-or-

Select the Trigger Finger as the MIDI input for your audio application.
