On selecting a component on the left side there is no info text displayed - only a message to check with Native Instruments. Answer: This usually occurs when you move the Guitar Rig application folder. There is a sub-folder called "internal". This folder contains "info texts".

It is not recommended moving Guitar Rig after you have installed it.

Here you have two options:

1. Delete the application and the file "GuitarRig.plist" and then reinstall. Upon reinstallation, choose the correct directory where you would to install Guitar Rig.

2. Move the application back to the original install directory so that the preference file and actual application location match.
