The Inputs are numbered:
1-8 Analog
9-10 AES/EBU
11-12 SPDIF
13-14 CueMix Mix 1
15-22 ADAT (15-18 at 88.2/96k)

The Outputs are numbered:
1-8 Analog
9-10 AES/EBU
11-12 SPDIF
13-14 Phones (unless the phones are mirroring another output)
15-22 ADAT (15-18 at 88.2/96k)
