Q:
Is PowerCore compatible with MacOS X 10.4 (Tiger)?
A:
Yes, the PowerCore has been tested with Tiger and is working very well. However we have identified the following issues with PowerCore driver 1.9.3 / 1.9.5 and TCAU 1.2.20:
1. In Logic 7.1, the mono versions of the 24/7-C, Vintage CL and the VoiceStrip, as well as Intonator HS and VoiceModeler fail the AU Validation. 2. During AU Validation in Logic 7.1, the error message "The sample rate setting of your host application is not supported" is shown after which it will show "PowerCore does not have enough DSP processing power available". 3. V-Station|PowerCore crashes the AU Validation in Logic 7.1. 4. With MD3|PowerCore, you get the error message "Streaming buffer improperly set". To resolve theses issues, please update to the latest PowerCore 1.9.5 SR1 driver, which includes TCAU 1.3.5, or download TCAU version 1.3.5 separately from TCElectronic's website.
